Founded in 1990 by Robert Stanley Hamilton, Canyon Springs Enterprises (formally doing business as RSH Construction) put its footprint on the public works market by providing low-cost quality construction for municipalities all over Southern California.      CSE’s core business strategy was initially developed around civil and foundation work.   While this still remains a key element in our portfolio, CSE has broadened our portfolio to include a diversified range of expertise in the industry to include: demolition, grading, underground utilities, mechanical/piping, and concrete work.  CSE has relied heavily on it’s union relationships with both the Laborers and the Operators to provide trained and experienced field personnel to achieve this growth all throughout California and the Western United States.  To complement our self-perform abilities, CSE also maintains a core network of reliable and trusted vendors and subcontractors that enable us to execute the most complicated of projects no matter the size.
